Services

WebBang Host provides website, domain, hosting and related technical services. The exact scope, price, renewal period and deliverables for a purchased service are those shown or agreed at the time of order.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping account credentials secure, maintaining lawful content and paying fees when due.

Payments

Online payments through bKash, Stripe or PayPal are treated as paid only after the relevant payment provider confirms the transaction and our server verifies the completed payment. Cancelled, failed or unverified payment attempts do not create a paid order.

Coupons

Coupon discounts are subject to the code's active dates, usage limits, minimum order value and eligible plans. Coupons may be changed, paused or withdrawn where they have not already been applied to a completed paid order. Invalid, expired or abused coupons do not create an entitlement to a discount.

Referral programme

Referral commission is created only while the referral programme is enabled and an eligible paid order meets the configured rules. Commission may remain pending while it is reviewed and is not payable until approved. Self-referrals, duplicate or misleading accounts, refunded or invalid orders, and other abuse may be rejected. Payouts are recorded manually and are not automatic.

Domains and third-party services

Domain registration and some connected services may depend on registries, payment providers or other third parties and can be subject to their rules and availability.

Service changes

Infrastructure and product features may change over time to maintain security, compatibility or service quality. Material changes affecting an active order should be communicated where appropriate.
